And the winner is L’Academie at Scottsdale Culinary Institute. L’Academie’s Chef Joe Askren and his students’ dish was Chipolte Braised Pork with Poblano Chile Sauce on Baked Herb Pastry with Poached Egg. They will be receiving eggs for one year in the restaurant compliments of Hickman’s Family Farms |
