Football Team Themed Deviled Egg Recipe Contest
Local Chefs & Foodies Competed to Win $1000 for Local Charity of Choice
Sponsored by Hickman’s Family Farms
Hickman’s Family Farms has challenged chefs and foodies from around the Valley including: food bloggers, a food truck, corporate chefs, Valley celebrity chefs and other local restaurants to create a football team-themed deviled egg recipe – The Perfect Game Day Snack.
Because the big game-day is coming, they love deviled eggs and there’s no better perfect game-day snack — deviled eggs are shaped like footballs; can be themed to your favorite team by using creative, flavorful ingredients and trimmings; they pack a powerful punch of protein, vitamins and nutrients in your diet and they pair well with all your favorite game-day foods and beverages too!
The Winner: Congratulations Chef Adam Allison from SuperFarm SuperTruck in developing the winning deviled egg recipe — his Beer & Brat Deviled Eggs. They competed to win $1,000 which will be donated to One True Love – a food truck dedicated to feeding homeless people.
