C-CAP Heavy Medal Culinary Competition
Chef Francesco Roccato of the InterContinental Montelucia Resort challenges Chef Charles Kassels of the landmark El Chorro Lodge for the 2010 C-CAP Heavy Medal title.
Guests will enjoy dinner, with wine, prepared by the chefs. Three audience members will have the chance to join our celebrity judges in determining the winner of this competition. The proceeds from this event will benefit Arizona C-CAP high schools with teacher training, and promising graduating seniors will receive scholarships to further their education.
