Eat an Egg Before Your Interview

The next time you have a job interview, don’t forget to have an egg for breakfast on the morning of your big day.

According to a recent article in the Atlanta Journal-Constitution by Carolyn O’Neill, the nutrient choline helps support the brain’s messenger service, called neurotransmitters. It’s also linked to new memory cell production.

You need to be firing on all cylinders. So power up with eggs, then go get ‘em.
