T-A-B-L-E Cosmos
What you will need:
Hickman hard-cooked eegs, peeled and diced
mayo, or Shamrock Farms sour cream or cream cheese
lemon juice
cosmo Glasses
cooked, diced bacon,
diced tomatoes
sliced avocado
lemon pepper to taste
*optional: jalapenos and/or horseradish sauce

In mixing bowl fold all ingredients except for avocados into diced eggs. Do not use avocados until ready to serve.
We prefer to add the bacon when it is hot to the cold egg salad and serve it into cosmo glasses, with a slice of avocado to garnish. You can dice the avocado, but be sure to sprinkle with lemon juice to preserve color longer.
