Our recipes demonstrate the egg's unique ability to "move around the plate" as an ingredient in appetizers, snacks, desserts, soups, and salads - and as the star of a variety of entrees.

Protein PACKED mac n cheese

4 Hickman large eggs, whipped
1 stick melted butter
1 package cooked macaroni
2 cups sour cream
Panko breadcrumbs (the only breadcrumbs found without high fructose corn syrup)
3 cups grated favorite cheeses
lemon pepper to taste

optional ingredients:
nacho jalapenos
cooked spinach, cooked asparagus, steamed broccoli, or steamed cauliflower

When macaroni has boiled, drain immediately and add hot butter and lemon pepper, stir eggs by constantly folding and add cheese and sour cream at the same time. When all ingredients added, pour mixture into sprayed pan. Top the mixture with breadcrumbs and bake in preheated 325 degree oven for 35-45 minutes.
